Did well on Xmas - had a christmas picnic and therefore lots of salads. But did have mince pies (the sweet ones) as well. Just a little over my calorie limit though. It is the days following that have been hard - have had little bits of cake and biscuits.

Ooh, downer!! Not as much alcohol kinda puts a damper on the whole situation doesn't it! Anything for the waist line!

I did pretty well. I didn't have as much alcohol as I usually do.

I had a traditional turkey dinner while keeping portions and calories in mind. I ended the on the low end of my range which made me very happy!

Our menu was pretty healthy. I ate what I wanted with a reasonable awareness of the caloric load. We did have a couple of traditional dishes that we make only at Christmas and it's hard to limit it to one serving only of those :)
