ok, I change the "red goal line" to the currant weight and in decreased a little. Thank you so much!!!

when I went there, it already had my current weight. It does it automatically when I weigh in. I am a little confused.

If you go to your Start page under My Goals you'll see your weight loss goal. Click on CHANGE next to it and you'll see a place to update your current weight. I'd do that with every 10-15 lbs of weight lost.

As my weight decreases I know my calorie intake should also. Will this automatically happen on my nutrition page? Someone mentioned I needed to change it manually on the start page, but I don't understand how. Can anyone help??? Thanks!
