Hello everyone, my name is Cass and I am new to Spark People. I am usually good at keeping my weight down but this winter was bad for me. I live in Pittsburgh PA and as far as I was concerned this was the worst winter ever. I already don't like winter but for some reason this winter had me sooo depressed. All I did was eat and eat and eat. I didn't think anything of it till my mother in law told me that my thighs are bigger in front of a room full of people. Well, that was enough for me. I got on the scale and I gained 13 pounds. I am sooo upset with myself. Today, I make a stand. Today, Day1 I wage war on those 13 pounds.
