Yes, like WHOLENEWME said, you do have to go into update your goals. So say you lose 20lbs... you have to go in and re-save your goal (even if it's the same as it was before) to adjust your nutritional information.

Sparkpeople will adjust them automatically as you update you weight loss and fitness goals. Be prepared, the numbers could go up or down or stay the same as you adjust your goals.

Hi all,
Hope your day is a great one. The question I have, is concerning future calorie goals. Will Sparkpeople's system adjust my nutritional goals or will I need to lower them as I lose weight ?
Will appreciate any feedback.
