I started the C25K this week and I have done my 3rd run and I feel great! I am so out of shape. 190lbs 5"4...and this is the first time in my life I feel motivated to lose weight. Because C25K breaks you into running are a much more manageable pace I have found it so easy to do. I've also done davina mccalls workout app on the days I haven't ran. My body is sore but a feel good type of sore!
So I just wanted to know if anyone out there is starting C25K or in the beginning stages? It would be nice to keep each other motivated.
