I'm doing the couch to 5k programme, I'm on week one.
I used to do strength training but haven't for a few months cause I broke my wrist.
Anyway I thought running would be good as I can't do weights atm.
I run at night when the kids are in bed but I can't sleep at night after. You know that tooth ache feeling, the one where you find yourself grinding your teeth? My legs feel like that over night and the next day.
Is this normal or not good?
