I'm doing the couch to 5k programme, I'm on week one. I used to do strength training but haven't for a few months cause I broke my wrist. Anyway I thought running would be good as I can't do weights atm.
I run at night when the kids are in bed but I can't sleep at night after. You know that tooth ache feeling, the one where you find yourself grinding your teeth? My legs feel like that over night and the next day.
