Congrats!!!! I hope I am as successful as you. I am having trouble staying on track, but will give the butter thought a try.:)

I just wanted to give everyone some extra motivation. I started 2 weeks ago (6-6) and I lost 11 pounds. Now you may say that is not that much but that is 11 boxes of butter or 44 sticks of butter!! How NASTY!!
I weigh 228 pounds and I have 63 more pounds left. That is 63 boxes of butter or 252 sticks of butter!!
Can you imagine sticking 252 sticks of butter in your clothes and walking around like that.
So my motivation .......... Think of all those sticks of butter!!
