Sheesh...always plenty busy, but there always was a certain GLEE in what I thought of as the freedom to be the picker/snacker that I was and of course, made time for! Favorite time: Around 4:30 - 6 when winding down for the day and getting ready to bathe, feed, etc. my children (Grace is 6, Ava is 4 1/2). Glass of good wine, Stacy's Pita chips maybe (EVIL!), maybe some hummus, etc. Mindless snacking..not too much, but never add it up! So now I'm on day 5 and between house stuff and going on here and FB..manageable somehow. Please wish me luck on keeping it up! And even though there is a certain private joy you get just looking a little leaner, please let me keep the MEANIES at bay. Especially when it comes to having the patience to deal with my girls! Working out helps (and I do rigorously about 4x's a week), but they creep in sometimes. Thanks for listening...whoever is out there and cares to even incrementally :o}
