Perhaps join a few teams in your age group in the area you live in.. Meet people to sparkspeople area meet ups.. Face to face support with like minded people works better if you met the person before hand. Friendships are more binding than e-mails..

I will be turning 50 this year, carrying 15 or so extra pounds for the last decade. I signed up on sparkpeople a week ago, and tracked diligently, ate better and started to exercise a bit more...and stayed the same weight...ugh! I work an enormous amount of hours and travel frequently. When I'm not traveling (and eating poorly), I'm up at 5am for work, and not home until 8pm. Wonderful husband and teenage son at home, so life is busy there, too.

Is there anyone out there who has the same lifestyle that I do and struggling to lose a few pounds? I know there are lots of folks who struggle, but I'm looking for people who face the same challenge I do...lots of motivation, but literally no time. I would be so grateful if someone would reach out. Thanks.
