I can tell ya, the Spark People Cook Book is AWESOME!! Most Meals are prepared and ready within 30 mins! There are a ton of Slow Cooker recipes as well! (Great for busy moms and wives like us!) emoticon

We have a "Recipe Box" topic easy to scroll through and find quick recipes.

We are also a great support group/buddy system. (it's an active team w/active members!)

Hello there,

I am a new member here. I am a mom to four children, all of whom are at home with me. I joined because I find it extremely difficult to find time to exercise, and I find it tiring to comb through hundreds of recipes online to find nutritious, healthy meals for my family. I'm hoping some people on here can help me out, encourage me, so on. I'm tired of making excuses, and want to get going on creating a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family.
