Plateaus can be so depressing -- but remember the focus is on long-term health. Can you try varying your workout some? Or if you're not already, try a couple of weeks of going vegetarian? Sometimes you can re-energize your weight loss by changing how you eat, and going veggie for a short period of time is a great way to learn some new cooking techniques as well!

Just broke an almost two year up and down plateau. Was eating way to much of the wrong things ... have started with
I just signed up yesterday for the Spark Coach- been working out between 400/450min a week and have lost nothing in past month! Grrr... I know scale is just a number but be really nice if that dang number would move!! Anyone else have this issue or had???....Started training last week for a 5k doing the C25K program to add some variety into my workouts and doing online classes using Ripsticks- very cool!!
