Update your Spark Exercise Goals (accessible from the LH side of the Start page) with this amount of exercise, and Spark will calculate an intake level consistent with your needs and goals. There is an option there to directly set a weekly target (3000 in this case), rather than using Spark's minutes and days assumptions.
