Sounds like you had a really challenging day. Tomorrow is the 4th of July, so hopefully you will get some time off. And you are taking care of your husband and his health issues as well. Must be quite a strain.
Maybe it is time to call in some favors, or organize some of your husband's supportive friends to help? I was just listening to a radio show that was interviewing an author of a new book, "how to be a friend to a friend who is sick". They might welcome the opportunity to take him to his appointments, or some other task.
Look around for a sparkteam where others are grappling with the same stresses you are. Sharing concerns, and little victories no one else would understand, can lift the stress some. There also may be articles here at SparkPeople that will have good supportive ideas.

Hi. I have been working out for almost three weeks. No day off. I had a super long day yesterday. Got to the gym by 5:00 A.M. cardio for an hour. A little bit of weights too. Showered, dressed, drove 1 hour to my husband's Dr.appointment. Drove 30 min. Back to work. Worked 8 hours straight. Didn't break for food. I felt horrible. Drove 30 min. Home at last. To sleep at midnight. I know I need to eat. I know I need breaks. I woke up at 3:00 am, knowing that yoga was at 5:00 am. I went back to sleep, until 6:00 am. Missed yoga. Got to the gym by 7:30, only worked out for 30 minutes. I feel guilty. I know tomorrow is a new day. Ugh, I hate feeling like this.
