Hi. I have been working out for almost three weeks. No day off. I had a super long day yesterday. Got to the gym by 5:00 A.M. cardio for an hour. A little bit of weights too. Showered, dressed, drove 1 hour to my husband's Dr.appointment. Drove 30 min. Back to work. Worked 8 hours straight. Didn't break for food. I felt horrible. Drove 30 min. Home at last. To sleep at midnight. I know I need to eat. I know I need breaks. I woke up at 3:00 am, knowing that yoga was at 5:00 am. I went back to sleep, until 6:00 am. Missed yoga. Got to the gym by 7:30, only worked out for 30 minutes. I feel guilty. I know tomorrow is a new day. Ugh, I hate feeling like this.
