I stick with the wings with mild/med/hot sauce (depending how hot you like it). Wings are about 70 calories a piece, and the sauce only adds another 10 calories for the entire serving of wings. Just beware of the things we don't normally think about, like ranch or blue cheese!
Calorie counts are posted on the in house menu, so you can talk yourself out of a lot of appetizers when you see those quadruple digit numbers!

I would always get them naked and without sauces then just get the sauce on the side figure out the nutrition value then take teaspon portions at a time of any condiments or sauces 3 Teaspoons = 1 table spoon.You'd be surprised how little of sauces you will use
