I had four naked tenders with spicy garlic on the side and a side salad without cheese or croutons and with balsamic on the side :)

A little late, but I am a fan on the naked tenders with hot sauce on the side.

I would be cautious of the numbers provided in the recommended "nutritional info" site. I'd go with the grilled chicken salad minus croutons and cheese.

Probably a little late but I found that is a great resource for restaurant nutrition. She has the WW points but all the detailed info (calories, fat, etc) too. Hope it helps for a future occasion.

What did you end up getting? 😀

In the FAQs, they say to context them directly for the NI through the Contact Us link. I would try that and see if they get back to you.

If I was going, I would get naked tenders (3 for 130 calories) with hot sauce, with celery and ranch (and try to limit to 1 tbsp of ranch). If it came with a side or I wanted something more, I would get french fries (280 calories) and eat half of them. If I was hungry and had the calories, I would get 6 tenders instead of 3.

There are plenty of entries on the tracker here, just search for "Buffalo wild wings" in the nutrition tracker. Remember that wings and sauce are 2 different entries, if you just put the wings it assumes they're naked. And don't forget the incidentals like Ranch or blue cheese! Also, the in house menu has calorie counts on it so you can talk yourself out of the fried pickles pretty easily, lol.

I also found this link, but it's created by people so can't vouch for the accuracy.

In general, you'll want to stick with wings. Almost nothing on the menu has less than about 1000 calories (and some closer to 2000!), where as the wings are about 70 calories a piece, with sauce adding another 10-40 calories per wing. The basic mild/medium/hot sauces are lowest in calorie, and dairy based ones like Parmesan Garlic are the highest.

I'm meeting a friend at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight for dinner. Does anyone have any nutritional information or know how I could find it? It looks like they don't have the information on their website.
