anyone have recipe
my only recipe is the way I make most of my foods, it turned out delish, but looking for alternative sources. using olive oil, sautee onion, till transparent, add jalepeno cook till onions brown, add tomatoe and crushed garlic till cooked, add buckwheat kernals to brown, finally add water salt and pepper to taste and a dash of Adobo boil, than simmer. It came out really fantastic. i AM making it a staple food.
