I just did. I guess it only reads up to 350 pounds. So I guess I won't know until I get under.

Try Googling the brand name and model number and see if you can find an owner's manual online if you don't have one. Or maybe the make, model and "error 2" and see if you can find some info on the internet. Good luck!

Okay so every time I step on my scale it says error 2.
I thought it might be because I was to heavy and that maybe the max was 360. Well I know I am under that now but it is still doing that.

Does anyone know what else it could be?
