Great job!!!!! In find that interval running gives my time a big boost and helps out my time tremendously.

My goal is to get to 30 minutes but that will take the rest of the summer easily.

Just wanted to share that I broke my previous personal best for 5km which was 35 minutes....I ran in in 33 minutes yesterday and felt like jumping up and down and cheering
