I love this recipe and we cook it a lot. It's really fast and easy. We usually have it with either mashed potatoes or mixed veggies on the side. (Veggies are healthier, but the husband doesn't like them and prefers potatoes, so we always switch it up.)

I love tilapia and cook it alot. When i cant get it or if its more expensive i buy SWAI which is actually a type of catfish but it is awesome.

Nothing taste as good as skinny feels!!

This was worth looking for , great recipe and surprising about the fat with butter and mayo. I have been buying a fish called Swai instead of tilapia $3.00 a pound cheaper and every bit as good.

That does look great. I wouldn't have thought of using celery salt--good idea. emoticon
