I am new to Spark People. I am wondering where to find an overview of the actual program? Is there a book that I should buy that goes along with the website? I have seen mention of 3 stages, but cannot find an overview of the program.
I am getting in shape for my wedding! It is in nine months. I do not need to lose weight, I just need to tone up. I bought a lot of home equipment to help with this, and plan to join a new gym soon (my old gym closed). I am not completely new to working out, but have not worked out consistently for over a year now.
