I have set my goals here on the site and it has me down to 138 by November 11. That seems so unbelievable to me...that's down 47 pounds from where I am today.
I have started working out at least an hour and a half 4 times a week. As most women do I have trouble areas of my abdomen and thighs. As the weight drops off how do I tone these areas and prevent sagging skin?
My workout consists of weight machines, stability ball exercises and cardio using the treadmill and elliptical. I don't do the same order of things every time I go in. I switch it up and will even go from machine to machine during my reps.
I am going on a cruise with my fiancée this fall and can't wait to be done to my goal weight by then. We are then getting married April 2015. I want to be a FIT bride.
