You know those necessary social functions where you sit around and nibble on all the high calorie things that wreck your waistline?

Today I went, having skipped lunch since we went straight from church, and what did my wondering eyes behold but REAL food like real vegetables, and a fabulous fruit punch!

Also, I enjoyed my lunch, and didn't go back to the table to graze. I just realized "I don't really want to overeat."

It's such a great feeling!
