And yes, breathing properly and not holding your breath until you're purple in the face certainly helps you get through the tough parts of it!

What is "30 DS?" I've never heard of it before.

I am now on level 3 of 30 DS. I am now focussing on breathing right & maintaining my form. It helps me get through the hard bits & I feel the right muscles/body part is getting a real workout. Will continue this for 2 more weeks & go on to Ripped in 30 days.
