Hello Wenona!!!

Congratulations on your acceptance into Breath of Life Archival Institute of Indigenous Languages!! This sounds very exciting and intriguing.

You are doing this (SparkPeople) in the right way. Start with a few smaller goals that are challenging, but at the same time, not overdoing it, especially physically since you are disabled. My partner has MS, so I totally understand physical disability.

I watched a Spark video today that I REALLY enjoyed. I watched it first to see if I would like it. I was then reading the reviews and noticed that somebody with MS commented about how the video is very doable for her. Your post brought this to mind, so maybe you'd enjoy checking this Spark video out (I then actually ordered the complete video from for my partner, because Spark members get a 30% discount).

Go to "Watch a Video." Then click on "Yoga and Pilates" - see all. You should then see the 15-minute video for Qi-Gong. It is very calm and relaxing, while at the same time, something anybody can do. I hope you might enjoy it as much as I did.

Spark Guy encouraged me to share my goals with someone so I decided to share them with you. I just was accepted into the Breath of Life Archival Institute of Indigenous Languages where I will be going in June to Washington DC search the archives of the Library of Congress and the Smithsonian Institute for my tribe's languages Mahican and Munsee.I am morbidly obese and physically disabled. My goals are to drink only water and give up soda which I have been successful so far since April. My other goal is to walk 2,200 steps daily. I hope to be of service to my tribe.
