i'm a carbaholic. gimme my pasta and my bread and my potatoes....... i never ate bad - like lotsa sweets or fats - i just ate toooo much.

Thanks for getting bk to me so quickly, I am having problems with carbs, stopped smoking after 40 years. The carbs are my worst nightmare. emoticon

breakfast is a problem area for me since we generally have a hot or cooked breakfast. but, for a quick hot breakfast that i can customize i have found the instant oatmeal to be pretty good. i can add to it (raisins, cranberries, nuts, apples, etc.) and stay well under 200 calories and feel like i ate something.

Can anyone suggest anything for breakfast that is healthy, low in calories & quick? What does everyone eat for breakfast?
