Vegetable omelettes. 2-3 eggs, and whatever veggies you want. My favorites are mushrooms, black olives, and green peppers. Some people like other ingredients. Onions. tomato, or ham & cheese. Or veggies on the side. Squash, cold tomato slices, or 1/2 an avocado.
The combinations are endless, and alternated with your oatmeal can bring you a lot of variety.

Well, what do you like? An important thing to remember is that breakfast doesn't always have to be breakfast food. ;)
Some of my favorites are: Leftovers (I had pasta with tomato, avo, spinach, and tofu for breakfast this morning!) Greek yogurt with seasonal fruit Breakfast burrito Bean and cheese burrito Bagel, cream cheese, and lox (this usually does double duty as lunch as well) Hard boiled eggs
The key for me is getting a good amount of protein and fats, as that's what keeps me full and happy until lunch. Also, oatmeal is a great blank canvas for almost anything else you want to add to it - somewhere on this board is a HUGE thread where people talk about what they add to oatmeal, and it includes everything sweet, savory, and in between! If you want to continue eating oatmeal take a look and see if you can dress it up a little differently.
