Usually around 120-170. I like to workout early in the morning and like to eat a light breakfast. I get a tummy ache and feel sluggish if I eat something heavy. So a healthy cereal with skimmed milk is my choice

anywhere from 150 to 300 calories, except on Sunday when we go out for breakfast, before church....I usually order one poached egg, bacon and hash..I eat a very light lunch after that (sometimes none) and dinner in moderation.
I try to aim for 350 calories per meal, plus two 100 calorie (or so) snacks - one between meals, one after dinner. I usually fail, but it's worth trying for.
My breakfast this morning had to be improved because my fiance was a bit late out the door, so he needed to grab our last bagel. I made myself one sausage patty, used a glass to punch a hole into the middle of a piece of bread and cracked an egg into it. Seasoned lightly with salt, pepper, tumeric, and thyme, then folded over the sausage with a cup of coffee sweetened with Irish Cream on the side.
I usually go with a small "lumberjack" breakfast with the coffee, or oatmeal/cereal/something grainy.

I'm with JessMarie13!! I love breakfast!! I'd say my breakfast, which I eat sometime between 6:00 and 8:00, is about 300 calories! And then I have a mid-morning snack, another 150 calories, at about 10:00 a.m.!! ;)

I don't eat a traditional breakfast, but rather a series of small snacks throughout the morning. Fiber bar at 9 is 120 calories. Apple at 11 is 100ish calories, piece of cheese at 12 is 80 calories. So add those up and I have 300 calories. I'm not hungry at all when I wake up so I've found this works out pretty well for me.
I'm thinking of changing it up soon though. Now that it's cold in the mornings I've been craving something warm and proteiny to eat around mid-morning, so I'm going to make myself breakfast sandwiches with turkey sausage, some cheese, and a 100 calorie whole grain english muffin. I'm going to see if I can do it for under 300 calories but still keeping all the fiber etc I get from my fiber granola bar.
For me, I see it this way; my body is a car, every morning it has no gas (food) so I fill it up at the beginning of the day. The rest of the day I stop and just fuel it up enough to keep it going the rest of the day. By evening I don't need to put any more gas in it except for a bit to tithe me over to the morning.
800 cals for breakfast then 4x 400-450 for each meal the rest of the day (until 7pm). If I ever feel hungry then I know I screwed up somewhere.
I generally have a big-ish breakfast to get my day started, though today, not so much...
I had-three hard boiled eggs with vinegar(Yup...there's that craving!), two reduced-fat/reduced calorie mozz string cheese, and 2 sixteen ounce cups of coffee with evaporated milk, two teaspoons sugar each. That came to 462 calories. I am usually closer to 500-550 calories.
