I just started the "butt lift" yesterday and I'd say it's a full body workout - definitely works the entire lower body and core and some of the movements have you bearing weight on your arms and I could really feel it in my shoulders and arms afterward. Plus, it's a lot of fun and I like the instructor.

I have not tried it, but have considered it. Please share your thoughts on it once you get going!

Starting weight: 1/1/15 - 183.8 lbs

First goal: 5/10/15 - 165 lbs

I have not used it myself, but I have gym buddies who have. From what I understand, there is definitely a total-body focus. It's not just butt. :) Those that I've talked to who use it have nothing but good things to say about it. :)

I just got the Brazil Butt Lift program and I would like to hear success stories and thoughts and experiences from those who has tried it. I'm concerned I wont get enough upper body and core exercise from this. Not sure if it's am all over body workout or just lower body? I'm thinking I might include P90X workouts that focus on these other areas, if it's lacking...
