Hey everyone, so I had a baby eight months ago way past the time where I can still blame my weight on that little one. All of my weight after the baby is stuck on my butt, hips and thighs which is new for me so I'm trying the Brazil Butt Lift program. I'm going to keep a log of my workouts and progress throughout the 90 day challenge. Here is the kicker, we are trying to get pregnant so I'm really wanting to get in the best shape possible before I get pregnant or before my first trimester is over. I know a lot of variables but I can do it so here I go.
