Congrats on taking the first step into changing your life to a more healthier one by joining the site. Spark is filled with amazing people that will motivate, support and encourage you on your journey. There is so much to learn and discover here, take this one day at a time.

A couple of things I would like to suggestion to make you Spark experience a great one.

1. Put together your own Spark page. This is a great way to communicate with other members and build relationships that will support and motivate you. You can do this by going to the START page and the green section has something about your Sparkpage.

2. Make goals for yourself. Each month I make a list of what I want to accomplish that month and break them down to smaller goals to work with week by week. This way the BIG picture doesn't seem so big.

3. Join Spark teams. There are tons of teams here and you will be able to find ones that fit to what you like or want in a team.

The key to success here is to be active and you've already started by joining. You will find that everyone is willing to help you out if you need it. Spark friends are here for support, motivation and encouragement. Good luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle! Again, welcome to the SP family!

Hi Jenn! I'm on Day 3 of the 24-day Challenge and looking forward to seeing results!!!! My sister has been doing AdvoCare for over 5 years now, and has a helpful instruction sheet that she gave me, which says that you can take 3 - 6 Catalyst with Spark or Slam. It recommends taking it upon rising and mid-afternoon on an empty stomach. Right now I'm taking my Catalyst 10 - 15 minutes before I work out. Hope this helps! Good luck!!!

Hi! My name is Jenn. I have recently started the 24 day challenge. I am currently on day 8! So far so good. I have lost about 6.5 pounds. I am really trying to stick this challenge out and do it right. I am 5'3 and was weighing about 165 lbs, which for my height is too much,although I've always carried weight well, but I didn't feel healthy. I put on a lot of weight in the last 3 years as I went through nursing school and became a nurse. You can imagine all the snacking I did while in school and nurses love to order out! I have also always struggled with my weight. I've always been "chubby" and had to work hard to stay somewhat slender. I have started to change the way I see myself. I'm a curvy girl and I kind of love it, so I'm not looking to be a runway model here, but a little less heavy and little more tone, and a whole lot more healthy. Anyway, I am really excited to be trying this challenge and learning to become more healthy in general. I have been excercising and drinking a ton of water. I feel like I pee every six seconds, but if that's part of the process I won't complain. I already feel a ton better. I have more energy, my body feels more strong and lighter, I even see small differences in my body shape. It's awesome.

I'd love to here from others who are doing or have done the challenge. and make some friends along this journey!!

I do have one question... I purchased the catalyst a few days into the challenge. I am wondering if I should use it in addition to when I drink spark in the morning or do I take it alone? I'd like to use both, but I don't want to overdo anything. How do you guys take it?
