I'm also a mom with a toddler who works full time, as does my husband. I know what you mean! We've been doing a lot of exercise together! We go for bike rides and walks regularly; it lets me get my fitness minutes in is healthy for all of us. I also go walking during my lunch break.
Definitely join some teams to find your motivation. Spark has some challenges that might be of interest to you as well.

Hey Everyone !
Today is my first day and I WANT / NEED to be motivated. Im not motivated to behonest. It was a "im just going to do this " moment. I need HELP. Are there any moms out there ( i have a toddler) that have pointers? I work full time and so does my husband so I dont have tons of free time. Excercising is my biggest issue!!! Where do I find the time and how do i get over the guilt of not spending all my free time with my familly??
