Well, it depends on the workout. I have a BOSU as well and my DVD came with a cardio workout, a ST workout, and a "circuit" workout basically. I didn't burn too terribly many calories doing the cardio one, but it was comparable to walking quickly for the same amount of time. I haven't done it in years, but if you're doing the cardio one, I would track it as something along the lines of jumping rope or jumping on the trampoline or something since that's what my cardio dvd for the BOSU was.
I would track the BOSU workout as strength training exercises.
If you into the Strength Tracking window you will see 3 tabs at the top. The second tab is "Manage Workouts" go to that tab and select "Create A New Workout." Then you can enter in all the exercises you performed during the video and save this workout so you don't have to manually enter each exercise every time you do the video.
Hi..I was wondering how to track a Bosu class on here as well..I can't seem to search it. if you find out please let me know..for now I just tracked it as boot camp..with a 700cal burn as I did a full hour class.

I am not sure what type of workouts are involved, but if the workout is not cardio based, you should not count this as cardio, but as strength training.
I just got my bosu ball and I got a dvd with it, I did the workout and WOW, I am feeling it. I didn't wear my heart rate monitor, has anyone did a workout for approx a 1/2 hour and know how much they have burned? Any help would he great!
