What a wonderful year 1951. I feel lucky to be here. Still working out eating healthy and finding such a great web site to share with other 51s. Lets do 1951, We Got This!

Hey, there. I too was born in 1951. Live in Northern Indiana. Really cold here, but my area dodged the bullet and only got about 3 inches of snow. My son lives about 50 miles south of me and they got over 10 inches! I have been "sparking" for some time now and was quite stuck at the same weight. Just recently joined my local YMCA and have been walking on the treadmill and doing some strength training. Immediate bump to my metabolism and a two pound weight loss. Duh, I am not new at this...and have known all along that I needed to get active. It was just finally doing it. Have a renewed feeling of energy and pep. Now, just need to stick it out through the rest of this winter. But this will make it so much easier!

Hi it is nice to see someone else that is my age. I use my treadmill 15 minutes a day and I love it.

I hate excercise but I have been doing 30 minutes each day and I feel like I have more energy.
