Go to amazon.com and search on 'cholesterol' in the book section. You'll find many inexpensive diet books that address just this problem. When I say, 'inexpensive,' I mean sometimes less than a dollar because they are used. What will impress you is HOW MANY DIETS can do just what you seek. It's amazing. Sometimes, just losing weight - in any way - brings cholesterol down. But there are certainly many, many diets for this. You have to be able to live on the diet, beyond bringing your numbers down initially - which is important.

Hi! New here...I have recently found out that I am borderline for high cholesterol, I also know I need to take in more protein and fewer carbs. Was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. I seem to be having trouble finding ways to do both. Thanks!
