take your measurements! I found that bootcamp shed the inches before the pounds, don't get discouraged though it will all work out and you will lose both inches and pounds eventually!

Hey Andy, how are you doing on the challenge? I weighed in today at 176, but will fight all the way to the 18th! Keep me posted!

Hey Andy! I am in. It is almost 1:00 pm, and I have had NO SODA! I am going to the gym to workout after work. I think that is a great incentive for you to be able to lose 10 pounds before you go on vacation. I am really glad to have someone in this challenge with me!

Sounds like a great challenge for me too. Weighed 163 today. Going on vacation in 3 weeks. Would love to be down another 10. We CAN do it!!

Setting goal: Losing 10 pounds in 3 weeks! Goal is 165.
Start date 1/29: 175.

My goal is to exercise everyday, keep food journal and cut out soda!
