Me: A 46 year old female, 5' 3", having gone already from 192 to 177. But I got sick and had to stop for a while. Now I am back working out again, but it's boring to work out alone. I like to swim, hike, walk fast, and ride my bicycle. My goal weight is 135-142 (somewhere in that range), Which I would like to reach before the snow flies, but that is not fixed in stone.
You: A person of any age who wants to get or stay fit, who wants a perky workout partner. You aren't grumpy most of the time. You are willing to give some weight-loss words of encouragement every once in a while, as I will do for you. You are available at least three days at an hour each session to work out together.
