Naked juice or most 100% juice in general are processed and flash pasteurized. Much of the nutrition has been sapped and probably not much different than drinking full sugar soda pop.
IMO best to avoid all fruit juice and get all your sugars from whole fruits instead. 100 % orange juice may seem like a healthy choice, but essentially is empty sugar calories, little nutrition and leads to weight gain.

All juice is high in carbs, even with no sugar added. Plus, in juice form, fruits are missing all of the healthy fiber.
I am sensitive to carbs, so I never drink fruit juice...well, maybe once a year as a special treat! I think that it is fine for most people to occasionally drink juice--you just have to watch and see if it is something that slows you down or not. I tend to see it as an easy thing to avoid/eliminate from the diet.
I agree with what the others have said, use juice in moderation (and whole fruit is always the best choice).
If you are looking for an amount, the general recommendation I use for adults trying to lose weight is no more than 1/2 cup 100% fruit juice daily---this would count as 1 fruit serving.

Juice is o.k., but very much in moderation, are preferably watered down. Vegetable juice is better than fruit juice (lower sugar). Having said that, you are better to actually EAT the ENTIRE fruit - that way you will get far better nutrition, and it is a lot more filling.
