In my neverending search for my lost youth, I recall that I was never more fit than when I was doing group calisthenics in AROTC plus hanging out a little in the gym back in college. So I've been looking into different bodyweight strength programs. I was just wondering if anyone had any personal experience or opinions on any of the following:
