Love love love bodyrock.tv. Though I am not even close to her level, there is so much support from them and other people on line, it is easy enough to come up with modifications. I know that I will kick butt on the next fit test which I take monday.

I love body rock! Personally, I started trying to do her workouts
all workouts- then change the date to descending, then click 'previous' a few times. All of her workouts are amazing! If you are just starting out, I would start with the older ones, because that's where she started!
Have fun body rockin!

Did you notice she has a section for beginners? That might be a good place to look. Also, most of her workouts tend to be timed--i.e. do as many as you can in x time so you can really start where you are in terms of fitness. I would warm up before doing one of her workouts though and cool down after. I think there is some information about planning a good warmup and cooldown on this site if you look in the articles section. Also she might have some tips in her beginner section as there are a few articles, I don't recall all the topics.

Just wondering where do we begin? I am just starting a fitness program of uncoventional/functional workouts...I watch the BR videos and wonder where do I start. I know warm ups and cool downs are important and don't seem to know where to start.
