Your body loses all over but certain areas will be bigger or smaller per ur body shape

You cannot choose where the fat on your body will come off. You are genetically predisposed to holding fat in certain places, and losing it in certain places. MOst women are displeased to find that their breasts are sometimes the first place to go. ;) Mine was. I've gone down a full cup size.
Your mom's experience is likely to be similar to yours; you share the same genes.
Your breasts do not make you who you are. Women can be beautiful NO MATTER what their breast size. One being larger than the other is perfectly normal and natural, in fact. It's unlikely that you'd go from a DD to an A, but you will likely lose some breast tissue.
You can't stop this, unfortunately. Fat loss is a total body process, and there's no way to prevent it. Just like we can't spot-reduce the way the infomercials claim, we can't stop fat loss from certain places, either.
If it bothers you that much, save up for a boob job. Put 'em back where you want 'em. Otherwise, accept yourself for who you are, and learn to accept your new body.
As you age, they're going to sink anyway.
Ask yourself this. Is being overweight, at greater risk for breast cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and stroke, all worth having a perfect rack? *Especially* when as you age, they will sink and stretch anyway? Do you have kids? Do you want kids? Having kids are going to affect your breasts, too.
Come on now. Don't let vanity sabotage your health.

Now im not sure if this is true but I heard core work helps keep breasts in good shape. I myself havent lost enough weight to notice.
I have a similar problem with my stomach though, Ive noticed that since ive been working out and trying harder to lose weight that my stomach is 90% more noticable. I wasnt in denial before or anything and for some reason it just seems to stick out more. Im hoping its just because everything is shifting.
Yes, my dominant arm breast is larger than my left one. I have 40 lbs to lose. And YES, I know that mine will get smaller as I lose weight and they aren't all that big to begin with. It is a very sad thing for me to face. But for my health I have to get the weight off. This does not mean that yours will disappear completely ya know. Hmmm, I did read where a woman sold a kidney to afford breast implants.....NO, not suggesting that, but it does speak volumns about how far some women will go to have bigger breasts. Vanity, thy name is woman............well, I have some vanity too and want to keep all the breast I got too, but still lose fat elsewhere. And yes, I will be using the pec deck at the gym to build muscle tissue behind the breast. Every little bit helps.
I SYMPATHIZE WITH YOU COMPLETELY!!!

So I quit. I made my sparkpage back in november I think and I had thanksgiving and I got really sick for about 3 weeks afterward then Christmas came up and I just gave up. I started up again Last week and I started at about 201 lbs last week so I've lost 5~6 lbs as I weigh 195 now. I don't know If I noticed what I noticed because of my weightloss and because I'm LOOKING for change or if it's always been like that. But last night I noticed that my right breast is larger then my left (now I know that most women have uneven breasts and such and its nothing to be weirded out about I'll explain more in a little bit), I am literately concerned cause this is my image I LOVE my boobs, I don't want to lose them!!! Does ANYONE have any advice as to help prevent losing them? or maybe exercises to keep them?(like build up the muscle underneath?) I cried over noticing this last night, My thinking was is losing them really worth getting a smaller waist/body? cause I really don't know. My mother lost ALOT of weight when she was put on her anti seizure medication and her breasts are..non existent now and I do NOT want that to happen to me!! I just Don't know what to do... either I keep going in hopes I keep them (or find a way to help prevent losing them) or just quit and keep everything.
