Weight loss and fat loss are not inclusive. I can drop 5 pounds doing a long run, but the minute I rehydrate my weight will come back up. Fat loss takes time and comes from a caloric deficit whether through diet, exercise or a little of both. Your body's liver and kidneys are really your best source of removing toxins.
I have been reading up on at home body wraps to get rid of toxins. I know that the results aren't permanent and I don't plan on using that to lose weight, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it? It sounds like fun.. I'm going to keep my diet and workout up, but I just wanted to hear about experiences with it?
