Thank You!! I will probably see how I feel at the end of the day and if I still feel crappy then back to my balanced meals I find I am best at 40/30/30 ratio and the kickstart was 27c/30p/40f yesterday... it most likely is way low for me... but on a positive note I lost 4 pounds yesterday... and the workouts are kick butt so I will stick with them

I have never done Jillian's Body Revolution kickstart program. If you feel that you're having negative effects from the eating her menu plan, then you should stop. According to the website, this is a low carb program that has a person sticking to 1200 calories per day.
1200 calories is the least amount an adult woman should eat to ensure she gets all the vital nutrients her body needs to function properly. It may be this amount is too low for you. While it's true that most Americans eat too much and need to eat less, the problem is that they are eating too much of the wrong foods and not enough of the right foods. Quality of the food you eat matters.
What to do ? If you like the exercise portion of her program, stick with that. However, if the menu is upsetting your stomach and you don't feel satisfied, skip her menu plan.
Personally, I'm not a fan of Jillian's anymore. She lost me when she decided to start pushing her own weight loss, cleanser and fat burner pills.

I started the body revolution kickstart yesterday, i'm unsure if I should continue with the kickstart meal plan... last night I went to bed a bit hungry ... hungry enough to disrupt my sleep and today after the breakfast of eggs and tomato canadian bacon and avocado I feel nauseous ... have any sparkers out there who've done the kickstart had similar experiences ??? will this pass?? any suggestions? I'm torn here do I just push through or should I stop the kickstart meal plan and move forward to the fat burning meal plan? I want to get the best possible results but i can't give 100% during the workout when I feel the need to vomit...and I don't believe its just detox because I eat really clean all organic 99.99% of the time... what to do???
