Fantastic. My adult children do the P90X and now the P90X2 workouts and they have had great results.

Just finished week one of body revolution modified. Did not do workouts every day, did not do any jumps etc to protect my knees. Ate healthy and tried to stay at no more the three carb servings a day. SUCCESS. Lost 8 lbs and 10 inches. Went down a full pants size. WOW!,,
