Group Power and Body Pump used to be the same class under Body Pump. Then a long time ago Les Mills and BTS split and went their separate ways, I actually do notice a difference and miss the old, old classes when they still worked together, le sigh...
I must be one lucky girl......Group power does less reps and higher weights. I am up to 80 lbs in calf raises...........and 51 lbs. squats.

Didn't think much of it. It was cardio with some weights. There is really little purpose to doing so many reps with such a light weight. If you want to do cardio, do cardio, if you want to do weights, do weights. This does both poorly.
