I use my body media fit to track number of calories burned but I am also tracking the number of miles I go each week (combination cycling and walking). Can you please tell me how to track the daily miles I "travel" without counting the calories twice? I noticed that when I synced my body media device with spark people the amount of exercise time and calories burned was automatically recorded for me. When I tried to log my miles then it added additional calories burned. I want to keep track of both. Any help is appreciated!
