Considering the muscle you're flexing in one of your photos, I'd say you're below 20% body fat. You look pretty lean to me.

If you'd like to compare your body to other woman the same height and weight as you are, go here and plug in your information. this is a website where women can upload photos of themselves based strickly on height/weight only. it's really interesting to see how different women's bodies are even though they are the same weight/height.

Zorbs is right, you should be able to notice some definition, and look pretty good. You may have some trouble areas though!

below 20%, you should have visible light definition in many areas, and possibly some fat left in trouble areas.

I used my mom's body fat % scale yesterday. I know they're not suppose to be very accurate but it said I had 18% body fat. It's not likely I will get my hands on skin fold calipers or have my body fat professional measured in the near future but I'm just wondering if anyone could give me a guestimate of what body fat range I look like I fall under by my pictures?

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
