I use a set of scales that give a reading not sure if its right but as long as it goes down thatís Ok

there are a few web sites with calculators, none of which are really accurate

emoticon It's been quite some time since I've checked my body fat - but I feel great, look good and fit into clothes I haven't been able to wear in years. Hope you're still enjoying SP.

I would love to know my Body Fat %. I've used the site here to check..
www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/

But there are three calculators and they differ on my % by up to 30%.

I also use to have a Body Fat scale, but read they are inaccurate if you are either top or bottom heavy (bottom heavy here). So I didn't get that feature on my new scale.

It would be great information to have though.

SUGGESTION - adding a Body Fat % Calculator to the Fitness - Calculators & Assessment section.
Realizing an online body fat % calculator would not be accurate but having a general idea of where I'm at would be helpful.
I have a body fat pincher "calculator" at home but I don't like using it.....truthfully I don't really know how to use properly. I prefer online calculators.
Please consider adding one to SparkPeople. It just seem appropriate to have one accessible on this site.
