Since making the decision 5 years ago to have a healthier lifestyle and lose weight, I've lost about 40lbs - and kept if off.

Although, with all the exercising and strength training, I've noticed a change in appearance of my legs. I'll state the obvious - over the years I've lost several inches in my waist, hips and thighs.

Here's what is perplexing me - my thighs, although show muscle tone, my inner thighs appear flimsy, loose. I don't even know if I'm using the correct words to describe it. Maybe its a loss of elasticity (?). Maybe loose skin?

What I can do to fix this - without resorting to plastic surgery.
