I haven't done it but want to! I love strength training videos. Yes, its geared towards men but women can totally do this workout and you don't have to worry about bulking up. You'll get toned and ripped but you can't accidently wake up and look like those big muscled guys at the beach with their biceps bigger than their heads. Go for it!
I know it's mainly aimed twards men, but I think it could be fun. I like weights, I just don't like gyms, also I am in an apartment so I don't have a lot of room. I can get this program for about $50 on craigslist, even cheaper on ebay. I am just wonder before I decide to try it out if anyone that has used this programs liked it, or any other thoughts on it.
