Does the Body by Vi have a nutritional info panel? I would enter that as its own food, and then add whatever additional ingredients you're adding to make your shakes.
You can enter the specific shake recipes into the SparkRecipes database, or create groupings for quick-adding to your tracker (say, if there is a shake that you really love and make a lot, you could create a grouping for that--and if you switch it up a little bit, you can just remove and replace ingredients as needed--that gives you a little more flexibility if you're "winging it" more often than following exact recipes).
