Yes, it does, thanks for the advice, maybe I will put in the individual components in the tracker.

Does the Body by Vi have a nutritional info panel? I would enter that as its own food, and then add whatever additional ingredients you're adding to make your shakes.

You can enter the specific shake recipes into the SparkRecipes database, or create groupings for quick-adding to your tracker (say, if there is a shake that you really love and make a lot, you could create a grouping for that--and if you switch it up a little bit, you can just remove and replace ingredients as needed--that gives you a little more flexibility if you're "winging it" more often than following exact recipes).

I hope that made sense and was helpful! :) Good luck on the Body by Vi!! I have a friend who just finished a 90-day challenge and lost 100 pounds.

I have incorporated the Shakes into my diet for my breakfast meal, I wanted to know how do I put this shake in on the nutritional tracker? I use 2 cups of the mix, but I also have other ingredients so not sure how to add this food. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks :)
